Thanks for all of your great videos! I know you are using Butterfly T05. Does using rubbers like Rozena, that are not as grippy, affect your motion? If so, it would be nice to see the differences in future videos.

Thanks for the great videos. You look more natural with your forehand than your backhand. Are you a forehand dominant player?

Sometimes the ball comes not exactly to left side of our body, but to the middle of our body, or sometimes to the mid-right of the body. I saw on video you move rightward to hit the ball with backhand, and that moment you do not shift your body weight to left leg, but to right leg instead, and your stroke still consistent. I often doing this, but my stroke is not powerful, and hitting the net frequently.... what's wrong with my bh stroke? Thanks

For righthanders, the left foot should always be slightly forward. Not behind as shown. So that you are always in position to hit forehand. Always face the ball, not face the wall. This girl is fine for those who don't know how to play ping pong and don't care.

According to my coach(es), you shouldn't move back your left leg (1:00) and you should instead "compensate" by putting your elbow forward. They also want you to aim your body to where you want to hit the ball. I'm sure, however, that you can get better loops and greater speed when stepping back, but what you may add in power, may also lack in consistency of good shots.

What you professionals don't tell viewers is the wrist hook, the wrist make the short precise if you dont have the wrist hook the short will never be consistent!

Is it a Chinese thing to "stop" the wrist on the follow through? Wang Liqin, Yangyang, the kid in the video, and numerous other Chinese players do this. Notice the bat angle on the follow through. It faces sideways and the wrist is still in a bent position. European, Australian, and some Japanese players finish the follow through with the bat angle closed and pointed to the target.

Your show a contact point. It is IMPOSSIBLE!!! If the angle of your bat is from 0 to 90 degrees, then it is IMPOSSIBLE to touch a ball where you indicate! Your CAN touch the ball ONLY on its UPPER part! But, I think you were not simply thinking and just repeated quite a common mistake spread on the internet. It does not change in the fact, that the rest of you tutorial is really great and I am very thankful to you!

Good demonstration and explanation but the pouring drink noise during transitions is a little distracting. Just the noise, I like the coffee image though. Everything else was good. :)

Suggestion: just you saying the section "stance", "stroke", etc. would be a good replacement to the pouring sound.
