Same. I grew up dancing contests, competitions. I even went to a performing arts high school for dance. All types. I had a bad injury my junior heeled up continued dancing in college on the hip hop dance team. But once I hit adult hood I slowly stopped dancing. It was my life. So many years have passed, but once I get to a place that offers weekly classes I will be starting again. You should too. .

Same I grew up dancing although I've never been to a dance class I always watched the music videos back in the day and learned the dances and would do it all the time as I got older I stopped dancing until aliya janell inspired me to start again! I started back up in heels and it was a struggle forreal!!but even tho I still have never been to a dance class instructors like Brinn, Aisha, Yanis, and more taught me technique, lines, control and etc. Just by watching them and listening to their words I have been dancing in heels for almost two years now and I am telling you the amount of growth I have made is AMAZING and undeniable I actually just recorded a video for my IG of yanis newest choreo and I'm so proud of myself because in always intimidated by him and never ever thought I would get to a point where I can actually do his choreo but I did. You can do it!! I promise you !
