I dont know if people has been living their life with too much sugarcoating, Yanis here is not rude at all, some of his opinions may not be favourable to hear for some, but rude means someone intending to hurt your feelings, sabatoging your existence, saying one is not worthy, he does not come across as trying to attack anyone with his words, he expressed how he feels honestly about changes to HIS choreography pieces and other visual products; I thought a lot of American may be about being polite, but also defending the freedom of speech, Yanis didnt cross both lines so i dont understand what people are complaining about

His attitude is so gross at 1:14. Maybe if he wasn't such a control freak his choreography might have some variety. Or maybe he should remember that he's just the choreographer, and not stage design and production. He has a fairly low standard for his own work so it makes sense that he has a high standard for everyone else. How would you react if you're a fashion designer and during the show the music and the lights don't reflect your collection? how would you react if you're a painter and the art gallery decides to put another description of your piece ;different from what you meant? how would you react if you're an author and the cover of the book doesn't match the story or even worse the adaptation changes completely the characters? how would you react if you're a movie director and the edit changed everything you originally wanted? How would react if you're an architect and the builders didn't follow your plans and build a totally different building!!? How would you react?
