Drew. Ur energy is always so amazing! Thank u 4 doing Yankee candle vids. I am really going back 2 them! I had left cuz the throw got so light. But, I’m taking a break from BBW & going back 2 YC. Yankee’s burn so so evenly and the wicks r always consistent! Never dud out. Never go crazy wild. YC is quality! And during the pandemic, they still give us sales AND coupons. Please, do more YC videos. Ur awesome!

Great video as always Drew! I stopped buying Yankee Candle for several years because I got no throw. I have been watching your videos for several months now and I bought the YC Elevation candles and I absolutely LOVE them they throw and smell beautiful!

I love that you demonstrated how to trim wicks!! I just got a walmart candle a few days ago and was trimming the wick and my grandma was SHOOK that I did that!!! I just thought everyone did/knew they needed to! LOL

I am so ready for Fall. I have 2 YC orders coming, all in the signature line. I got all the new scents except for Sunlit Autumn. And I also have a few of the classic scents coming too (Apple Pumkin, Ciderhouse, and Cranberry Chutney). Thanks for sharing your first impression of the new scents.

I'm glad they have as a returning favorite Banana Nut Bread, Be Thankful, and Fall Festival. The latter is only 21 years old. The Woodland Road Trip Collection just came out: Sunlit Autumn, Cozy Cabin Escape, Woodland Road Trip, and Farm Fresh Peach. Drew, I've bought quite a few candles and I could easily go off on a tangent in which I'll save you the trouble. Ocean Air from that collection is so good! I've only started buying Yankee since 2018. Noob here. I use nail clippers! I'll be finishing an outlet candle called Salty Sea today (20 oz Paraffin) and am burning Woodwick's Island Escape. Have you bought any of the new 3-wick candles such as Rainy Day or Cozy Fall Picnic? They have a Mountain one and 2 new ones: Apple Picking and Pumpkin Patch Treats. Out of curiosity since you have burned a lot of Yankee, have you done Vibrant Fall or Autumn Leaves & Apple Picking? Good informative haul.

Can you please update us on the throw? I agree with you. Yankee’s scents are so authentic and amazing, but the throw is always disappointing for me. I really wish they would correct that! I miss when Yankee candles used to be so strong and amazing!

Yess I would love a "how to love your candle" video because I have BBW candle and the flames are burning so small and I don't want to trim the wick because in scared they won't burn at all, any tips?

Trim them to 1/4 of an inch before you light it for the first time, let it burn for 3-4 hours, then the next time you go to light them trim them again to 1/4 of an inch.

I realize we all have our own tastes and preferences, but couldn’t disagree more with you about Smoked Vanilla & Cashmere. I’m burning it now. It’s a very cozy, warm, calming scent. The smoky note is mild and makes it smell like we have a wood burning fireplace in the house. This and Seaside Woods are my current favorites.

I love YC’s fall scents, but don’t understand why throw is so poor when that never used to be a problem years ago. I noticed the wax melts have much better throw, as do the woodwick candles, so I have made the switch to those.
