I've heard this done by perhaps 80 people live and on video with varying degrees of proficiency and success, you are the first person I've heard flipping the parts. Amazing performance and amazing variation. My favorite to date.

Hey' my grandfather played this all the time. He tried to teach it to me, and when I finally got it, he passed away before I could show it to him. And I just wanted to say you sound amazing and exactly like him! Keep pickin and Grinnin!

Stephanie; This is great. I saw Chet Atkins live at a small concert doing this song. He made a tiny mistake, smiled that little smile he had, and quietly said to the audience: "If it was easy, everybody would be doing it," and kept on playing.

I really feel like Chet Atkins was the greatest ever. Thank you. Chet could do flawless transitions on pieces most artists couldn't even understand these days. They give so much praise to the rock guitarists and forget the pioneers. Once again thank you for sharing.

I just watched this again for the umpteenth time. Still as incredible as it was 5 years ago when I first watched and commented on it. I should've had my butt kicked for not making the trip over to Starkville to see you when you were there. Oh well, I'll keep my eyes open and if you're ever playing anywhere within driving distance of Birmingham, a road trip will definitely be in order! Take care, Happy Easter and stay AMAZING!
