I really liked Willie Calhoun and I wanted him to do well. He definitely had pop, he just couldn't be consistent. Donaldson, Hicks, and even Bader just weren't it. I just realised be traded Jordan Montgomery for Bader, then the Reds ended up picking up Bader from Waivers so we basically just gave them Monty for free

Epic win! When you got a catcher that can hit as well, it improves your lineup dramatically! Wells is impressive and gunning down that base runner with the game close, broke any momentum they had. We need to be thankful that Cashman did not panic at the deadlines because teams were asking for these prospects that are in the lineup now! The future is very bright! We can still sneak in as a wild card. Keep it positive folks!

Gleyber isn’t safe at all. Base running and fielding are horrendous. One month doesn’t make up for stupid mistakes all season long. I have been a Gleyber fan from day 1 but it’s getting more and more difficult to find reasons he should stay.

As far as Dominguez; he has been doing this since spring training (while in the bigs). Glad to see Wells. Overall, Happy because they know they have an opportunity to showcase their skills. Hal, it ain't rocket science; no need for outside help on this one. Ohh, hopefully speak to the MLB umpires about Judge's batting zone; he has had unfortunate ball strike outs for years. Furthermore, we are playing slap the ball around the field baseball 😇 and skill set defense.🎖️ Appreciation, to this channel.

I am glad to see the Yankees giving some young players an opportunity to play. Even if they fail miserably, it couldn't be much worse than with their regular roster playing. Dominguez appears to have a plan at the plate, too small a sample size to make any predictions, but his performance thus far has been encouraging, certainly a vast improvement over a Donaldson in the lineup. It is more enjoyable watching youth play, even struggle at the plate, even if the results are identical to those of hitters on the serious decline of their career, one derives more joy watching young home-grown talent struggle, because their exists hope that they will improve and succeed, but with over-the-hill players, there is no hope that they will regain their past form, only despair that their decline will continue, get worse and continue to be an anchor around the neck of your team, dragging it down.
