There's not much to worry or complain about. What goes around comes around. It's a clear testimony that,he orchestrated the death of Mr K Ceesay. Is normal for the love ones and also for the family members too to show grievances and pity. But,let them also remember that,they were not aware or even told when the Accused person (Yankuba) did this heinous crime. This was not the first murder case in the Gambia . however there were no case like this in the Gambia before. He disrespect the trrc and the family of victims. he lied about the case in the high court he denied to been there and denied to say neither he killed or who killed who is there. all the others involved have testified and now waiting there complaints which can take a bit time and to who have to get less severe case or sentence or to be responsible for what you did meaning to be judge about your part of participation on the murder or murders. If you admitted the accuses without making anything difficult for the court it will less severe but if you tried to lied and or tried to not noticed anything you might end in high sentence for making it difficult for the judge and lied judge balanced his testimony in high court with the witnesses testified in trrc and the high court and convinced that he is on refusal and this can make the judge concluded the higher punishment killing meaning everything together first degree of murder second degree of murder thiert degree of murder manslaughter
