+Off Road Domination Yes the marine engine uses sea water to directly cool the engine on this model. The used water is then injected at the exhaust elbow and pumped overboard by the exhaust gas pressure. Some models of marine engines use indirect cooling which pumps sea water through a heat exchanger filled with coolant.

@Pfsif - Yes they shake, it's a single cylinder engine so the torsional balance is not great but does improve with higher engine rpm.

Just a question why is the exaust connected to a tube and why does it spray water out is it because its a marine

Off Road Domination the water is cooling water for the engine so it doesnt overheat, they just trow the water into the exhaust cuz why the heck not otherwise you would need 2 hoses

jim veerman it also cools the whole exhaust system - you don’t want to cook the exhaust hose, water trap and the grp boat structure with gas straight from the combustion chamber !
