How do you add the light to your hands in the video? Which plugin in After Effects?

Hello , it is not an effect. They are really lights produced by a led strip controlled by an arduino connected on the midi port from my Keyboard.

Particles are generated by trapcode particular, an After effects plugin. I will try to make a little tutorial about that on my channel soon.
