I met him in 2014. Twice during his India concert tour. I started wishing for such a meet since 1997 during my school days. I believe the entire universe conspired in achieving it :-) I am praying to meet again. He is an inspiration, not a single pass without his music. Once I requested a surgeon to allow Yannis music in an operation theatre. He did!! He asked, why Yanni, we are playing some music anyway in this theatre. To which I replied, if at all I die on this table, I must leave earth listening to Yanni. :-)

Yanni was the very first reason why I started playing violin since 2010. I'm in level 6 now, I know how to play some of my favorite pieces of music he made whether it was live or Audio on KZbin.
