The silver is called a ‘Charm Bracelet’. Very popular in the 1960-1990’s. I had one myself. Each charm represents something sentimental in the wearer’s life, such as birth of a child, graduation, souvenir from a holiday etc. It would be cool if the owner was found. It must hold family memories for her.
