The Warlord guys do a great job with this show as always and I have not missed one single Salute since 1976. However, the £15 cost of the E-ticket this year (plus £1 admin fee. Why?) and £25 for parking or train fare (and then there may now be a ULEZ charge too), the cost of going is becoming a bit prohibitive, especially for retired oldies like me .

Cheers, running a show is a very expensive thing unfortunately, I know the costs for our show at the Armouries in Leeds have gone through the roof recently. Sadly it will mean some won't attend but I think SLW have little choice in terms of price.

Would’ve been a lot more politick at £14 +£1 admin fee. Breaking the £15 barrier was, imho, a tactical error.
