Good vid again thank you. Love the arrangement of the pike block. I did enjoy seeing the Jutland game at Salute, beautiful ships. I would like to say that the Pikeman in the Bradford shirt is actually in a Sforza united shirt.....but I would be wrong if I did....

Thanks for the update Ken. I really like the way you vary the pike angles on your units. As you say it really does give the visual impact of pike unit closing on the enemy. Well done! I look forward to more Napoleonic figures when you can. All the best to you.

Great update and that Pike Block looks smashing and really does give the impression of movement 👍 - Just finished listening to the Podcast with the Rapid fire chaps and thoroughly enjoyed it - Hopefully will be able to catch up with you at Partizan 😃

That pike unit looks superb, love the way you based them for that sense of motion, works brilliantly. You dirty devil you used the f word 😂 Couldn't agree more re.the 3D stuff, sick of seeing the same thing again and again. Salute was great as was the panel you were on, very enjoyable.

Very lovely figures. What paints do you use on the actual pikes themselves. I’ve got a lot to paint and would like them to look like yours mate please.
@YarkshireGamer7 ай бұрын
Black Primer, Vallejo Flat Earth as a base, dry brushed 50 50 Flat Earth, Tan Yellow mix in vertical strokes (to imitate wood grain) the washed with Army Painter strong tone. Tip is GW Ledbeltcher with the edges done in pure silver

Thanx I’ll try that.

A few places do them, I normally get mine from North Star 👍
