Just keep looking . It doesn’t have to be a forever home, just a step. Get pre approved by a bank so you know your base. Just take the steps and it will work, keep the faith.

All I can say is I love you and I know what it feels like. Being a mom of young kids is relentless and even though it’s wonderful, the demands are incredibly high and it doesn’t leave much room to be a person, or make content/crafts/changes that bring joy. Saying yes to one thing means saying no to ten others, and saying yes to ourselves and our health and peace is the hardest thing of all, ‘cause somehow we’re always at the end of the priority list. Make the videos that make you happy. Do the things (craft or otherwise) that give you a spark. People will be able to sense that and will come back for it. You deserve every drop of love and care you so painstakingly put into everything else. ❤

About the economy, you prompted me to do some research, and it looks like many industrialized countries have high housing, food, and other costs so it is definitely not just the US. Covid did a number on all of us medically, economically, etc. and continues to do so unfortunately. Anyway, I hope that you and yours have a wonderful rest of 2024 and 2025!

I'm trying to decide what directions I want to go as well for 2025 and all my goals and such. It definitely is a time for reflection. I agree with the house buying thing. It's out of state developers that are coming in and buying and bulldozing to build 5, 10, or 20 slap together homes to sell one for what they paid for the whole property and the rest is ure profit unfortunately.
