Cheers Dylan, I think some KZbinrs forget to take the audience on the journey with them, for example lilnjake just seemed to change car without an explanation. it seemed to make sense that it was sponsored. Why would they trade the ranger that they just seemed to get up to touring spec with the canopy etc. then in a later episode when they explained the issues with the ranger it was logical to trade in. Well I’m going to be the first to say it. Not at all knocking Loyd but you could see this coming. When you guys give each other a bit of Banter you could see Loyd’s face and when you guys disagreed with each other Loyd couldn’t let it go and it was building up within himself. I tried to start a 4wd channel of my own but gave up in the end.. the market/KZbin is just too saturated now.. Its all just a big brag session.. those that have the best toys, the most money to throw at it and this part shits me, the best looking female partner seem to get the most views and interest (no AI generated girl needed) No-one seems to care about genuine 4wding and camping content anymore. Dont get me started on the female only channels.. Praise to them for getting out there doing it but FFS you dont need to be wearing eff all in the process For me i cant get into those channels that are just a brag fest "look at me" "look what ive got" look where i am" Then you got the channels that are heavily sponsored and the whole thing is just an advert.. and in turn the videos are just about them treating their gear like shit/ thrashed vehicles. because hey i didnt pay for it. feel free to use if required..

The point is these channels know sex sells so ofcourse they are going to milk it. but dont hide behind "im selling my bathing suit product" farkin bullshit! We are not stupid.. Unfortunate about Lloyd, I thought you guys had a good dynamic but people have different priorities, perspectives and thoughts and that's what makes us all different and unique.. Public speaking makes my knees weak but put a Gopro in front of me and no dramas, unless there are people watching haha. I did think about trying the click bait but it'd probably backfire on us. We're a small channel, haven't really thought about fame, I guess if anything it just makes you think about what you're doing and recording and making sure things are done properly like not tipping diesel out on the ground. In relation to Caravan Adventure Aus, they need to be careful. Any potential sponsor down the track, be that caravan or equipment or whatever will do research and if the way caravan adventure aus present/portray themselves on youtube is not favourable or enthusiastic towards the whole caravan camping culture, they may struggle to pick up new sponsors. Just my 2c.

Very very interesting comment Mick! I have to be honest, ones I started getting brands onboard I was double thought things I said. Then I felt that I lost touch with why I started the channel and went back to calling a spade a spade. I won't get as many deals but I'm not on youtube for money other wise I'd stop giving it all to charity 😂🤣 I wonder if they would take a sponsorship after how the last one went? Jack & Megan are a good channel but they have changed over the years. Megan now has a tendency to focus and highlight negative points in their life. Just look at the titles and thumbnails of their last 6 vids. Negative comments on the vids get deleted. They seem to be part of the group who want the fame but not all that it entails. I still watch them but find that the fast forward button helps.

Many content creators just need a spoonful of cement to harden them up. If you are going to put yourself out there on social media you should expect comments and reaction to be varied. On many occasions I have commented on KZbin episodes with suggestions, with only the best intent. I have to put my hand up and say I've done this sadly. Someone giving me honest advice and I read his comment just after replying to a very hatfull comment. I then ripped the poor guy apart. Lucky for me he responded respectful and pointed out I had the tone all wrong and I had to apologise 1000 times over. I didn't delete the comment as I'm big on owning your mistakes.
