Honestly, I don't smell any oud on this one. Leather and rose mainly. It has the same vibe that Tom Ford's Ombre Leather in my opinion. I'm was surprise too, because all the other Lattafas that I have are mostly vanilla based scents and Velvet oud take a completly different direction, which I appreciate. Nice review btw!

The oud is very deceiving here. Vanishes soon n gets overpowered by the velvet leather note. Not many would pick it..

Just bought it after watching all the reviews. My comment is for the purists and those who have lived in Khaleej for ages. Guys its a cheap synthetic smell, if you like me have grown up smelling proper oud perfumes, you will hate it. It smells something like the inside of a new school bus which has been standing in the sun for long and the synthetic leather seats emenate a smell. You will not enjoy it. It has literally given me a headache.
