Always pick in this order : Nsut tech branchs>> dtu tech branches Dtu core branch>> nsut core branches. For tech branches order should be in this order : Nsut cse>nsut cs (all three specialization)>dtu cse>nsut it(both specialisation)>dtu Swe>dtu it. Coming from a senior wish there was someone to tell me that. Note: you can pick IIIT delhi above dtu,nsut for any branch if fees is not constrain Edit 1: if you are a girl igdtu cse goes above dtu cse. Edit 2: reason for software engineering above than IT in dtu is because SWE syllabus is more aligned with cse. IT has too many networking subjects which are not related if you want to go into developer field. However you will easily get swe before it because it's cutoff goes lower than IT

guys whatever he is saying is correct but there is a catch being a 3rd year student in nsut I will suggest you not to completely rely on spot round there is possibility that you will not get any seat in jac in spot . it completely depends on luck if any seats remains vacant then it will go on spot then most of the time it get full in 1st round . prev year my cousin was also waiting for spot round and he didn't get any so please think twice
