I am an ex Amitian and your review is nearly correct. One thing I found incorrect is regarding average placement packages which is even less than what you have mentioned..Average placement in btech is around 3 lakhs and people are even placed in call centers..People getting placed in service based companies like TCS, Infosys etc are considered good.

You know nothing about how Amity is from the inside. So, kindly stop generalising. Not everyone in Amity comes from an elite family or is a stoner. It’s a great college for overall all-round exposure, and to make future connections with world class leaders and professors. There are few drawbacks but definitely not what you mentioned.
