From a guy who’s currently in the US and struggling with the US job market Do not come to the US if you are not targeting top universities or don’t have enough skills to crack FAANG level companies. Right now, the US is like a huge bag full of average to above-average guys. No one’s getting interviews, yes, not even jobs. It doesn’t matter how skilled you are or how much experience you have, you will be buried under a pile of competition, so stay in India rather than coming here and feeling like a second class citizen with no job and eventually being thrown away since now Trump in power. - Just an other above average guy!

Nah, f1 visa and International students bring in too much of income for them to stop it. They will however make it difficult for you to stay back after you finish your studies.
