Depends on strength of Jupiter, aspects and conjunctions if any, 3rd house sign and it's lord and relationship of 3rd house lord with Jupiter.Generally, aspect of house lord on house is good. From 3rd house, Jupiter has 5th aspect on 7th house. Aspect of Jupiter in 7th house is better than Jupiter sitting in 7th house. If you are female, Jupiter denotes husband even if it's not 7th lord. So Jupiter in 3rd house, ur husband will bring all which 3rd house represents and also which the sign in 3rd house represents.
