Thanks for your useful videos. Have you ever connected yaskawa robot witn omron plc via ethernet/ip? I did all in robot side like in your videos, but robot not connecting with plc. Also to robot connected arc device (via scanner). in adapter configured adress sizes for plc

Hi Asu, I have not connected Omron PLC with a Robot Yaskawa from the beginning but I Have made some changes in a connection that was established already with software Sysmac. Tell me if in that software is there a way to add a "Generic Device" like in Studio 5000 and if is that possible, tell me what setup is required... The principal setup are In,Out & Config Instances but maybe in Omron ask for more data, like in Codesys

Thanks for answer. I couldn't do robot like adapter. But connection works when we do robot like scanner, and plc like adapter @@CarlosAbner

sabes si el ladder editor es una opcion adicional que debe ser habilitadsa por yaskawa? Incluso en "managemnt mode" no me aparecce el lader edditor en el submenu

Hola Alejandro, según yo ya viene, bueno al menos en los robots que he trabajado no he tenido que hacer algo extra
