What is the acceptance criteria for weld seams ? Weld seams looks like cheese with holes :D

This weld system is remarkably complicated. I imagine keeping all the electrical rotating unions healthy would become a hassle over time. It is fun to look at but looks too unnecessarily complex. Also, flux core? That's unusual... Maybe gas is hard to come by in the host country?

I’ve been working with Yaskawa robots on turntables for years. You would be surprised…. They are amazing!!

thats metal core wire and it uses gas usually 90/10, and yaskawa robots are really tough i run 2 20 year old robots and they still burn and run like their brand new. one is a double head the other is a triple head, not complicated at all when you actually take the time to elarn it

We are new to these robots. Are these able to be programmed via PC? Right now all programming is done by pendent and I think that is causing inconsistencies What is the best way to eliminate slag and splatter?

Yes. They can be controlled/programmed on the fly, during production.

If showing off welding, perhaps it would be good to at least have a decent weld placed. Some welds look like shit!
