Dear,An oL1 (Motor Overload) fault will occur when the output current (U1-03) exceeds the motor full load current (FLA) set in parameter E2-01 (or E4-01 / E5-02 / E9-06 depending on the control method A1-02). This is also based on the motor overload characteristics set by parameters L1-01 and L1-02. The drive protects against motor overload with a UL-recognized, built-in electronic thermal overload relay. This function monitors motor temperature based on drive output current and time in order to protect the motor from overheating. When the electronic thermal overload trips, an 'oL1' fault occurs, shutting the drive output OFF and preventing excessive overheating in the motor. Possible Causes: The motor full load current in parameter E2-01 is set incorrectly. The motor overload characteristics are set incorrectly.
