Nelle is definitely nina's daughter I am definitely convinced 100% they are alot alike Nina has done some shady things like she kidnapped avery and claimed that avery was her daughter which she wasn't and nelle did a similar thing like taking her son away and run away with him which michael ended up finding her things didn't end well for nelle she is presumed dead people like that don't die easily there's no way that Nina could help her daughter and there's no way that nelle can be redeemed she is too far gone she would need some serious help to go that far just saying.
