Can someone explain to me how Maxie , who has had 2 open heart surgeries has no hint of a scar?

She had a surgery to remove the scars

It's addressed in s/l as she had plastic surgery later to fix the scarring.

@@christinnakramer7731 my brother is over 50 years old and he still has the scars from his heart surgery he had when he was 9 years old!
