Chicken 1.250 kg.
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp.
Kali Mirch Powder 1/2 tsp.
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp.
Namak 1 tsp.
Lemon Juice 1/2.
Dahi 150 g.
Zeera 1 tbsp.
Dahinya Sabud 1.5 tbsp.
Sauf 1 tsp.
Jayfal 1.
Javettri 1.
Laung 5.
Badi Elichi 2.
Elichi 6.
Lal Mirch 6.
Dahi 150 g.
Milk Cream 200 g.
Piyaaz 2.
Kaju 2 tbsp.
Badam 2 tbsp.
Hari Mirch 6.
Milk 1/4th cup.
Hara Dhaniya 2 tsp.

Ingredients- - 1 whole chicken marinate with following -2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste -1/2 teaspoon black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon garam masala - salt -1/2 a lemon juice - 150 grams yogurt Other ingredients - gravy toast the following and grind -1 tablespoon Zeera -1.5 tablespoons of dhnaya coriander - 1 teaspoon sauf - 1 jayfal -1 javettri -5 laung - 2 Bari Elaichi inside masala only, no skin - 6 small green cardamom -5 red chilli peppers dried - roast and grind - chop 2 medium onions - 20 cashews -17 almonds with no peel - 6 Serrano peppers Procedure: Add 1 cup oil and medium heat. Then add your 2 chopped onions and saute and add chciken. Then make until golden . Then mix and cook for 5 mins in open lid and cover for 20 mins on medium with lid on. Add your jalapeno, cashews and almond paste on high flame to let water evaporate for 5 mins in open lid. Add your grinded dried masala to the chicken when masala water is gone. Add 1 teaspoon kasuri methi powder . Add your 200 grams milk cream and 150 grams yogurt . Test for salt and add again if needed. Then add some water and 1/4 cup milk. Cover for 5-6 mins with low and cook on low heat. Then garnish with cilantro and serve with naan or matar palou. Sprinkle Lemon juice at the end
