Shanks and the whole Red Haired pirates turn out to be horrible people!

Shanks being the last villain fits way too good. In Wano everything got changed. They made it seem like Shanks was stopping Kaido from attacking Whitebeard but Kaido's speech made it seem like if he did join Marineford he would have helped Whitebeard crush the Navy. But Shanks talked him out of it and entered the war too late to change the outcome. Then he narcs on Luffy to the Goresai. Was Buggy right all along that Shanks is an asshole?

This doesn't necessarily mean he's evil. He's got a reputation. If it was known he 'just let them go', his reputation would take a serious hit. Take note, it didn't say that Bart and them died.... But, the fact that they definitely was seriously hurt is most definitely true, one way or the other.

Luffy was framed. Shanks the Holy Knight mistook Luffy for Ace. Based on info from CP0 they knew Garp had taken the baby to and island. Finds Luffy who does not know who his mother and father are. Arranges the DF Fruit to be found by Luffy and after the kid eats it. Marks him by giving him the hat. Later Saves said boy Luffy to protect the investment. Which raises the question why are they trying to resurrect Joy Boy? Is it all of the Gorosei or just one of them setting this up?
