She’s also not dramatic for worrying about how it’s going to go, her being nervous a lot could come from the fact that her quince was almost canceled because of her mom, along with the fact that her mom was still not at her quince which is an EXTREMELY special and important day for a Hispanic girl. Imagine how she must have felt knowing that her mom wasn’t there for her at her quince and that her and her mom stopped talking.
