You’d think a “hand pan” would he percussion but the didgeridoo really is the percussive instrument here even thought they’re both percussive in nature. Most of the melody is coming from the hand pan. I’m blown away.

Get your vitamin D level checked, seriously. I have intense depression problems when I don't take any vitamins, finally found out I have to take at least 7,000 iu vitamin D every day to feel better. Some people have to take much more, some less. Most doctors don't even check vitamin D levels, like it's not important. Anyway, worth looking into and can't hurt to try.. Also Douglas Laboratories is excellent brand

Tony Cortese ~ Good advice from De Mon. I have to take 10,000 IU a day, but they now say it’s important to take vitamin D3 with K2 for better absorption. Xymogen brand has it together in a small capsule called K2-D3, 10,000. It has helped. You’d need to get it tested first to see how much YOU need. They have different dosages. My doctor also just suggested a full spectrum light that is powerful enough to cover whichever room it is kept in. Whatever you do, I hope that you find some peace & a way out of your depression.

@The Flying Dolphin honestly, with the advent of socially conscious food manufacturing, you don't need to go vegan unless you believe using animals for any food source is oppressing the animals, though then I'd point you to nature. Just buy fair trade and buy animal friendly. Also smoke less weed ( if you do ) and do mediation, any urges will melt away if you're practicing self control as a mantra.
@dreamdiscounts
@dreamdiscounts 4 жыл бұрын
@@candiedcrusader7841 What is socially conscious food manufacturing? You still kill the animal but do it quickly? That isn't socially conscious.
@candiedcrusader7841
@candiedcrusader7841 4 жыл бұрын
@@dreamdiscounts it's a lot better than what wolves, be dolphins, tigers, sharks, birds of prey, and even earlier humans do! FYI, wolves try to keep their prey alive as long as they can while they extract meat, or if the prey is too rowdy, they just kill it, usually in front of the entire herd, and go to eat them^-^! Dolphins bite the heads off of fish and rape their corpses! Tiger males will kill females and mate with their corpses if they have been denied mating for too long, sharks shake their prey to pieces, using the resistance of the water and their sharp teeth and strong jaws to pull them apart so they can swallow limbs and chunks of flesh whole! Usually the thing (seals, large fish, larger octopi, humans even, though they dislike our taste since our flesh makes many animals collect folded proteins otherwise called PRIONS in their brains!) is still bleeding out as it watches the shark eat part of it! Birds of prey eat half Dead but still alive prey like string cheese, or in some cases it will snatch living things out of the air or off the ground, then drop them until they're concussed or Dead, and begin consuming!^-^ Earlier humans would, before the advent of throwing things, wait until creatures were exhausted, then pile on and rip chunks of flesh off with anything they could use. Alive, but exhausted prey. In summary, I'm pretty sure the animals are glad they have an instant death gun to immediately and painlessly take them out of existence. Also the fact that we feed them, keep them social, work them out, make sure they're happy while they're alive, and killing them before they have the chance to process the fear of death, all in all, redeems that we're keeping chickens and domesticated pigs from extinction, as well as the modern cow, then slaughtering them and consuming them. Though, if you really want, maybe we can go back to the au naturel way and Chase them down until they can't stand anymore then pull the flesh off their bones alive? I get the sentiment that we really don't have any place to do this inherently, but neither does a dolphin have the place to rape a headless fish, or a bird of prey to eat a delicacy, live prey. I think we're pretty great for making sure our prey aren't alive and suffering before we eat them.
@candiedcrusader7841
@candiedcrusader7841 4 жыл бұрын
To clarify, after the advent of throwing things, we'd throw blunt things to injure the creature, and hopefully hit the head to concuss and consume, or some years later at the advent of Knapping, they would throw sharpened stones lashed to sticks because it WAS easier to see in the taller grass that prey creatures in the areas where humans evolved, and caused the head to dig deeper into the creature, then they'd go and wait for it to get exhausted from blood loss and then they'd go to town, because we were still animalistic and preferred live raw meat rather than dead, or too long dead
