It depends. HOT is not really a great item for the money. There are so many items that give PL a power spike. HOT is not a powerspike for PL like it used to be. Yatoro is not really wrong with his build. It's just that the hero isn't in a great spot right now, like most illusion heroes ​@@tanjirokamado9959

You don't need those items tbh. Tarrasque and Skadi are not good enough to justify their price. PL doesn't get into the middle of fights like he once used to after finishing his heart. It's more of a sit back and poke playstyle.
