23:21 - I've seen lots of these cars in the rural areas of Azerbaijan when I visited it last year, like once when I was going to Gabala, I saw various towns that had loads of these cars (most of them were Lada) and the old Soviet era trucks like Kamaz. Many of the smaller towns there are still stuck in 1990s. You can see many nameplates and boards in which both Azerbaijani and Russian languages are written (some were even entirely in Russian)
