I can't believe how good you work those Thorens TD 125s. You are probably one of very few DJs in the world that dare to mix with those. Belt drive mixing is not for the weak. Well done!

+vjdave I agree. Great to see a set being done with this kind of turntables from before the SL1200mk2. I had done mixing back in the day with a simple belt drive aristona turntable, recording a set. It took more time to match, and of course more care to the platter etc., but it can be done. (fast mixing and the typical tricks done on a SL1200 indeed (almost) impossible.)

Reminds me of standing behind and watching Tony Humphries at Club Zanzibar back in 1986. Also Larry Levan and Francios K played on them at the Paradise Garage. i still want 3 of them to this day.
