Depends on the event and the venue I guess.. it can be quite overwhelming, but in this case it looks absolutely amazing!

You commented above that your using 2 160 watt shehds moving heads. I see in the video you have them.sitting on short totems. Do you need that much light to get this effect? Have you tried it with a couple par light?

Pars would not work because the beam angle is too wide. Pin spots are affordable and work pretty well. But it won't be as dramatic of an effect as two bright movers

The way you have it set up it looks great. I use a ADJ starburst but I like the glow that the disco ball creates here. I may rent one and test it out. What size is is this one?

It's a Chauvet Flex Stand with a Gravity Stand t-bar adapter. A counter weight wasn't necessary in this scenario
