Amen 🙏🏽 Thank you for your question. On their own, artifacts like anointed handkerchiefs or any object do not possess any power. It is the faith of the believer that determines whether the artifact will work for him/her. The Bible records that handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched the body of Apostle Paul were laid on the sick and they were healed. Acts 19:12 However, it is wrong for any man of God to commercialize such objects. The most important element is the believer’s faith that the power of God can be transmitted through objects prayed upon by genuine men of God. I cannot speak to holy water because it is not used in this mission.
