Scr doesn't have inf range, go to sbr and pilot scr until to the final of the desert, you will see that you can't walk anymore, the range of the scr is just big, but not big enough for sbr

You can move in time stop because you got frozen earlier. When you unfreeze, the game overlaps that unfreeze with the time stop and makes you able to walk. That the world user thought you were hacking and probably reported you tho.

Usually pilot stands is the best for this kind of content. SCR is the best for me but u can't really do it in sbr and if ur stand reset u have to walk very slowly to enemy again
