A tip, november rain could only be activated when using the rain ability, in addition to that the Stand could jump and catch the Enemy with its paws and collide with everything on the ground, same as aut tusk, and it could also have an ability shown in the second chapter that hits a giant area with the rain, sinking the ground thus slowing the enemy and nullifying abilities that are not melee, type projectiles and special attacks.

It would be cool if there was an ability where the user sends out November rain to follow a player and every 10 seconds you would get random pieces of info on the player such as: level,current health,current stand,speed,damage ect and once all information is extracted the ability would end (cooldown 1-2 minutes depending how much info is extracted)

If no, I'll just talk factually about the manga sales, dragon ball used to sell millions per volume, now DBs best volume made 760k copies sold, that was the tournament arc UI debut, while the start of the tournament arc volume only sold 320k copies, now, granolah arc (an alien avenger that have a vendetta against freeza (of course freeza is still around that's an entire cash cow on itself)) sold 50k volumes, yes, just 50k, that's so embarrassingly low it's insane that such a high networth of a series fell so low, even boruto still sells 8x that much at it's lowest dip!! Boruto!! The joke of the anime community ridiculled by Naruto and anime communities in general!!! Still outperforms DBS!!!! They make inconsistent stories, boring concepts, every arc have new transformations, yes with S, plural, not just one, multiple transformations per arc, and not even creative ones, purple vegeta!!!!
