There’s also a strange bug where the lightning jabs, a move that attacks the nearest opponent, will completely miss sometimes, giving you huge end lag and leaving you open for the enemy to walk around the stand, still punching the air, and right up to you. Hope that gets fixed.

Tip: when some stands are using a counter attack, RHCP can bypass the counter attack if you're in pilot mode. *IT DOES NOT BYPASS ALL COUNTERS* I think you have to be a little far from your character I don't know, I haven't tested this completely.

Technically, rhcp is the fastest stand behind mih. With all of moriohns power, he outsped cd. Cd was able to outspeed star platinum. Star Platinum moves at the speed of light. Therefore, Red Hot Chilli Pepper is faster than than platinum. It's only slower than mih because that has infinite speed. Maybe it could be faster than even mih with the entire world's power.

How would you feel about them adding more support stands like echoes? (Act 2 specifically) I think the concept of traps would be very interesting for SBR. Also, if they were to add echoes with the ability to swap between acts (as they should), using 3 freeze to help your allies and support words from act 1 to buff your allies. I think it might be a little underpowered, but pretty good for chokepoints of SBR. It also gives people a reason to actually move during sbr rather than sitting at the start. Maybe sitting near devil’s palm and piloting act 3 into it and using 3 freeze on somebody would kinda be bs but a very good point for echoes users. I also think laying traps would be a very unique play style. Most stands are just fight from up close and from down far but laying traps and ambushing would be very fun to play in my opinion.

While the play style you listed is true it isn’t the only one. I only use it at half health while I play mid to close range when at higher than half health because my spec boxing gives me more health. Also hamon may be the worst spec for it because you have to charge 2 bars and not just one giving you not much time to attack and have more time needed for charging bars. So the play style your using mainly benefits hamon users and not all the specs. Boxing, pluck, and vamp don’t have these problems because they don’t have a bar. Also here is a quick tip for you, you can get a stun or electric flash on a knockdown or block break guaranteed to hit that you can them combo with a pinky slash or a stun depending on your spec.

I can see where your coming from but in my opinion I think the stand is borderline great. Most of the moves come out fast enough that even though they can be blocked, most people just can’t react to it, but the stand hasn’t been around for long so of course I could be wrong. I think it works really well against players who can’t block well or stand builds that aren’t tanky, since it can be one of the better choices for good consistent damage that I’ve seen, whereas most of the meta stands are massive burst damage stands

You can fix the bug at 3:30 by simply using barrage and canceling it. I dunno why it fixes it at all but it works

I think that that stand should use a slight buff, besides the charge rate being like hamon the electric discharge where he shoots a beam of lighting should block break whenever used giving the stand another block break and a way for enemies to back up from RHCP, now to balance that the cooldown should be longer and using the move should consume more of the electricity bar. I think its a very cool stand an I agree with most of what eclipse says and thank you for sacrificing your time to releasing this video. Whomever mentioned that counters should be in the video is a genius and I wish everyone a good day. :)

hi eclipse , i saw you're using hamon again as it is your favorite spec , though i suggest you use boxing as the damage of rhcp m1s and boxing m1s do the same , also it has many great combos with stuns and block breaks , personally , having to charge 2 meters for attacks is kind of annoying so i hope you could someday use rhcp + boxing in general or maybe a build or bust video

When I summon RHCP he flies in the air for a solid ten seconds until it finally drops to where it’s suppose to be and when I use pilot it doesn’t even want to move

RHCP is crap in 1v1s. If you land a single M1 on the user, they die. If your electric charge bar runs out, you die because you have to charge your damn bar again, but since the charge takes so long to get to the quick part of it, you just get shot and murdered immediately. Pilot mode is the only thing this stand’s got going for it, but since pilot mode relies heavily on electrify to function, you die if you get stand crashed or stunned enough, since all your moves are cancellable except for Electric Discharge. Except Electric Discharge is blockable, and all your moves are too except for Pinky Slash. Except Pinky Slash is also cancellable. And has a long windup that can be interrupted by an M1. That and all your moves take up charge in your bar, making your electrify not last very long unless you charge. Except you can’t move while charging or do anything at that, leaving you vulnerable to all attacks. Specifically bullets. And if the enemy manages to close the distance you die. In short, RHCP isn’t the best, but in pilot mode and pilot mode alone, you’re immortal since they can’t hit you if you have electrify on while constantly charging it when gaining distance and circling the enemy. Also electric flash doesn’t really do anything useful other than maybe a free lighting jabs. But you can block lightning jabs, soooo...

I feel like the reason why many people were controversial in game when I asked people If the stand is good, we all agreed that basically the stand isn't S tier but it's a pretty good and solid stand if you play it smart and get in the enemies head. I'd say this stand is B tier from its lack luster range attacks and pilot is basically required to win a fight without getting hurt bad in the process. I love how the devs designed this stand, but needs maybe a little buff to harder to hit attacks, like discharge. Other than that, this is an amazing stand! Really important you learn to conserve the charge and play smart, stay frosty gamers!

Quick tip: Don’t “electrify” if you don’t have to, especially if you aren’t in pilot mode. It uses valuable charge quickly. (Also while in pilot mode you can charge and move at the same time)

Joker It’s not a bug, it’s to make battles more cinematic But yeah there should definitely be an option to disable it
