Hi maggotoofed, I just wanted to let you know, i recently got type 2 diabetes, i just wanted to leave a comment for awarness to other people about their sugar and carb intakes! 1st tip: if you have diabetes or know a loved one with it, DO not or tell them to not take things with over 1 gram of sugar, for example: cookies, cake, candy. 2nd tip, be careful not to take too much snacks with bad carbohydrates, like chips, or cheetos or snacks similar to cheetos. 3rd tip: EXERCISE! Excluding carbohydrate intakes, exercise is also a great way to lower that blood sugar, for example, running is good, lifting some dumbells is good also, or maybe doing some stretches! I hoped this helped for anyone who has diabetes, sub to Maggotoofed!❤
