It's important to use the same main jet I mentioned above because size varies from manufacturer to manufacturer
Carburetor Needle lifted one step up
Used 15T front sprocket (CG-125 has the same front sprocket)
Note: U need to block the passages of the EUORO 2 valve. lemme know in a comment section I'll make a video for that if needed.

Bro I appreciate your work. Bht mehnat or critical ho k aap ne ybr ko fast kia hai. Lekin ek bat hai ybr has the capacity to achieve 120+ on bone stock engine and sprocket. We have tested it many many times in 2015 to 2017. And it can get faster than cg in long runs like 5-8kms of patch😂.

Question! My 2015 YBR hits 107kmph (gps) on 112 main jet with air duct removed. 14T. No other mods done whatsoever. What other perf mods would you recommend? Like should I change the main jet size? Salaams. Does the sprocket change affect torque? Because tourque will be needed when riding up into mountains etc especially considering it's a low air density environment. Can you please advise?

Yes it does decrease the torque. But as i have explained in the video, the complete process is to first tune the carb that’ll put extra power and torque into the system then use that torque with the help of sprocket

You should go for aftermarket exhaust to get top end torque which is compatible for your modification to achieve max speed specially when you step up throttle needle. With stock exhaust you get bottom end torque

Can you explain how your RPM's are that low riding at 128km/h? It's impossible, unless you have a bigger block......it's only 125cc, and carb only delivers fuel/air mixture in the cylinder, if you change jets it increases fuel input in to the cylinder........yes in theoy it increases power, but so does the fuel consumption goes up. i think it's an impractical use of engine resource, indeed.

Appreciate it, but there was a manufacturing fault in it in Pakistan model which was too big main jet. I increased the airflow and little bit decreased the fuel so that spark plug color becomes brown. Otherwise it was rich n color was black. In here fuel avg has been increased. N after after installing one tooth bigger front sprocket avg and top speed, both has been increased

Assalam o alaikum brother, first of all good to see a channel dedicated to ybr. Great job! I have ybr of late 2015 model and since I got the bike the fuel average has gone down considerably. For the sake of giving you a reference, my rank gets empty in just a week and the average distance this bike covers daily is 30 to 35 km. It has multiple other issues like: 1. In winters, it is a hassle to get the bike to start. And when started, bike literally takes 5 to 10 minutes to be able to use the throttle. Means "bike byth jati hai" 2. As mentioned earlier, fuel average is garbage. 3. Never touches 100km/h even on the reading on RPM meter being at 10. 4. And in winters bike starts emitting white smoke with engine oil smell. Any suggestions or tips will be appreciated. Thank you. Keep up the good work 👏

Hey wasalam thnx for the feedback Following things can be done 1, install a new filter, with foam removed 2, change a spark plug (use any 70cc plug) 3, change ur carb main jet to 119 (must) 4, if ur meter is showing below 100 even on 5th gear when ur rpm is at 9 then there are 2 things, either ur clutch plates are bad, or ur meter is faulty. I m suspecting ur clutch plates

For the white smoke, watch closely they probably are water vapors, if yes then its good sign If its blueish then its a bad sign Differentiate the clr carefully

Hi. I have ybr 125g 2020 just recently bought 2100km's done. Have you ever felt in your bike that the bike response changes on a long ride.. clutch is hard and gear channing problem occurs and getting it back to neutral becomes annoying. And after a long ride ,when in traffic i release the clutch in first gear and suddenly press it.. i feel , I don't feel there is something ( something loose) yaar 2 3 jatkay in engine and my elder brother and dad have also felt it. Is there any solution.. i took my bike to 3 different yamaha workshops but everyone says it's ok,there is no problem .. first 35 to 40 km are smooth after that my bike starts making problem.... Please need help Tapets are accurately tight Carburetor is properly tuned Chain is ok ... What could be the problem?

hi. I'm facing a problem that my rpms are not stable, constantly shifting up and down on idle , I have adjusted my tappets 0.10 intake and 0.13 exhaust. carbs only mixture is adjusted through the rpm technique in which you set your idle rpm to 3k and the turn your mixture screw and see how much rpm needle rises where it stops rising stop there , at that point u get your best settings of your mixture screw. I also have changed my spark plug and now I have installed Honda cd 70 plug but still the same issue. and one more question, like u are using free flow exhaust and 15 teeth sprocket, except these 2 modification can I achieve at least 110km by tuning carb as u did and install free flow air filter. right now I'm getting 100km on 7k rpm in 4th gear and as I shift to 5th gear speed decrease to 97 96 and 500 - 600 rpms also decreases. my engine needs more air I guess. but in first 3 gears my bike feels pretty awesome.

If its misses around 10k rpm then its normal. And for the 5th gear power loss issue, follow the video steps. This is the same issue of carb jets

The motor costs about 1 lakh with controller but the reason that i said 2 lakh involves a generation system like infinity sav generator (fuelesss) which means ride forever no fuel no recharging
