2:28 is the funniest part for me when the commentators be like! Whoa whoa. Hold up. But he declared majority of the name of the synchro and had gestured by pointing at it as well. Then being rude/salty because he told him what he declared 1st which is nothing wrong by doing so. It's in the rule book. Even the host commentators like you declared it obviously. Practice thinking out your plays/actions before declaring/doing such action. Play testing helps alot with this.

When BLS Envoy came back, a LOT of decklists had it as BLS or Black Luster Soldier, which is the ritual version ; if you don't play it then it's an illegal deck, as your deck has to adhere to your deck list (and not the other way around).

So, the clip at 2:19 happened BEFORE the one at 1:08, and if i recall correctly they both was able to take back. But the guy at 1:08, didn't finish his sentence, so it's different. "Proceed to eeeen" can mean anything, he didn't say "pass turn, oh my bad ooopsie doopsie i don't want to end my turn"

Yugioh players will shorten names to make things easier. I.e saying Raye instead of Sky Striker Ace Raye, Aluber instead of his full text name, etc. Master Flare Hyperion being declared by the name of Master Flare is valid as the full name, since it was a legal card in play that would not have been confused with another card. To top it off he did also point at the card before stopping himself to change his target.
