You cannot summon Colossus when the activation of the thunder dragon card is negated. I wish that some people would actually pay attention to these pretty important tournaments.. so many mistakes / illegal plays it's painful to watch.

He committed two normal summons yeah, but the other atempted an illegal play, (used Circle under Colossus), Tried to take a move back (game 2), and summoned Falco in attack with Mirage Stallio). I don't think however that he is a cheater either. This game has a lot to keep track on and unless you know the intention can't make that kind of judgement.
