Oskizu match shows how E7 is not e-sport ready. Imagine driving in a Formula one race but you car has 15% chance to stall every 5 laps or you are playing volleyball and after every set you roll a die (16% chance) and if it lands on 1 the referee will empty a bottle of dish soap on your court. Make it 5% so getting lucky is still possible but getting so many in a row is a once in a lifetime thing.

the real reason why riolet is weak is his evasion buff can easily be dispel. And if your opponent pick units like zahhak, B.iseria or Solitaria you're gonna have hard time in the match. So he has like 70% dodge that why if no counter pick hes gonna be wild for sure
