Great as always, guys. Do you have a video on EBM Dashboards? I've watched some training sessions on Evidence Based Management but still trying to wrap my head around how to apply it from sprint to sprint.

I think although I prefer challenging myself with questions here, the recent mural videos you guys do are a great asset when someone is training before an assessment :) maybe have a separate playlist "Scrum Essentials"?

Glad you like them! Maybe a new playlist does make sense.

I would say that one of the biggest challenges for this event is to get ESSENTIAL and ACCURATE FEEDBACK from the RIGHT people . Maybe one good video from your channel would be just that. How do we get the right stakeholders to attend the Sprint Review? Who is the most appropriate person from your company to be the most realistic voice of the customer? (that is if the company won’t bring the customer in the meeting). Great channel by the way and great videos, I am training to be a Scrum Master in Greece and you have helped me a lot with your videos. Keep up the great work!

Only thing I might add for the PO column are (if available) flow metrics! :)

Great presentation! but shouldn't the scrum team effectiveness by the scrum master be for the spring retrospective instead if spring review?

Hey guys, great session - these are very helpful! A question about "Scrum team effectiveness" though - isn't that touching on an area to be discussed in the retro? I'm wondering if Scrum team members might feel a bit exposed by this discussion in front of stakeholders, and perhaps then might be a little defensive and/or "closed" during the retro. What are your thoughts and observations around this?
@AgileforHumans3 жыл бұрын
This will likely depend on how the discussion is facilitated. If we are trying to solve a problem we should be ok. If we are trying to assign blame, then some of the issues you've correctly noted are likely.

Great video guys. I'm a new scrum master and sometimes find it difficult to know when to interject when a stakeholder starts going into solution mode and starts going into a lot of technical detail in the middle of a review. I don't have a tech background so it can be difficult to know what is genuinely useful feedback and advice, or if the conversation is off tangent. Any advice for keeping focus?

Manage the time box. Let the technical people manage the tech stuff.

How Does the Stakeholders(Internal from the company who is building the Product) and external ( Who is receiving and paying for the Product) Show Up to the Sprint Review?
