So in my opinion Enma is the strongest one so far in one piece. The stronger the wielder is the stronger the sword gets and the sword knows no satisfaction. It's desire for power exceeds the likes of devils themselves ranking it in my opinion as the number 1 sword of all time in one piece

To be fair the wielder of the blade has a very strong influence on the blade itself. For example, Mihawk wielding great grade sword could most likely beat pre time skip Zoro using any of the Supreme Grade swords.
