The only problem with this video is the nukes. The government probably wouldn’t just be dropping nukes onto the ground, because it would leave radiation in that area for quite some time, and the government wouldn’t want that. Instead what would happen is they would airburst the bomb which would get rid of the radiation and still deliver a powerful blow. Thats how the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombs worked.

Honestly for Zoro he would just see it in the air and assume its dangerous if an enemy dropped it out of a plane and slash it or see the plane arriving to the location and slash it before it even gets a chance to drop the nuke. And for Luffy he would use future sight and see that it will explode when dropping on the ground and he would just think of giant gumu gumu balloon and it will stretch through his body just like when he punched Kaido and his hand stretched through his head. I think people really underestimate the military. Probably because in almost every work of fiction the military is just used as punching bags instead of...well a military. and its a problem many series has. Godzilla: The military focuses on pure fire power instead of tactical maneuvering. Dragon Ball: The "greatest military in the world" gets beaten by a child with a stick. Solo Leveling: Sends in civilians that just got lucky because they randomly got magic. Naruto: Highly trained ninjas from all over the world have to be instructed by their enemies to take them down. Avengers: leave the ALIEN INVASION to a group of 7 people who barely know each other and send in a nuke to New York. EDF: there is so much wrong with this one. These are not accurate portrayals of how Militaries work. with the exception of Godzilla, The US military alone could probably handle most of the threats. add in other militaries and its hardly a problem.

A lot of people forget that guns in one piece and gun in the real word are very different, one piece uses flint locks, muskets, etc. Modern guns can pretty much take out all the strawhats except maybe sanji, Zoro, brook, and jinbei. (Luffy is immune and franky dies to a Airstrike)
