Totally. I saw them in Sydney in around 2004 and was expecting them to be all NYC too-cool-for-skool like the Strokes but they were the total opposite. She was, and still is, totally unpretentious and open. I think that is what audiences respond to. And Brian always seems so lost in the music when he drums. Nick keeps it all together. Just an amazing band.
