Greetings, Would I be able to park a conference call? Or would it only be one individual call line? THank you for your great review!

On our UD Voice phone service with this phone, you can only park an individual caller. You could split the conference call back into two calls and park them individually if needed. But you cannot park a conference call.

Can you use line keys to do a blind transfer? It doesn't look like there is a "More" button when you hit blind transfer.

With UD Voice Phone system yes. This is dependent on your carrier. But yes with our service. You can hit transfer then pick a line key to blind transfer to.

Yes, including on a standard SIP service. You can just hit the line key on the side during your call and it will do a blind transfer with just that one key press.

We have these phones, we would like to play Christmas music on all of the phones in the office. Meaning, that we would like the music to be played over the external speaker in the phone itself. Does anyone know if this could be done? We had this capability with our old phones system, but I cannot figure this out.

There is no way to our knowledge to play music over the phones speaker of a t48s, some of the conference phones have a media player, but this is done per phone.

Hi! Can you advise if there is a way to pick up a call on someone else’s phone in the office when they are not at their desk? Thanks.

You can simply press the line key for their phone when it's blinking (ringing thier phone) and that will pickup the call on our UD Voice phone system. If you are using another provider for phone service that may not work. But that does work on UD Voice. Also, on UD Voice we can configure what is called pickup groups to allow picking up other people's phone calls as well. If you are a UD Voice customer please give us a call and we can assist with this.

Does anyone have instructions on how to reset the phone to manufacturer settings when the phone has a password? The password was set by another administrator who is no longer with the company and we have changed phone service

If you have our UD Voice phone system give us a call and we can get you a list of passwords for phones on our service. I assume you mean for another service or the phone in general and that differs per provider as they all do this differently.

Can you rearrange the line keys on the phone?

For our UD Voice customers yes we can rearrange them. Just call our office and we can do this for you. If you have another phone provider besides UD Voice you would have to contact them as this is phone service dependent.
