I have just opened the set from Telkom. I was also supplied with a sim card - where does the sim card go - I can't find anywhere on the phone or base station? Please help?

I have changed providers & was hoping to use the phone with my new one, but don't have any passwords...is there a work around admin & admin does not work for me 😞

Sure, on the handset, hit the middle button for the menu and go to settings. Then scroll until you find registration, select that and look for reset base. This will prompt you for a pin which is "0000". Once reset, you'll be able to log in using admin+admin

I purchased a used phone and it seems that the previous user has not deleted his user name and password as initially I got the messgae "incorrect user name and password". After using the workaround you suggetsed it now gives me the message that I am not authorised to access the web site. Any further suggestions?

Do u need the phone?

Your going to need a handset to make phone calls from. This base that we're looking at is only compatible with that handset model (w52p)
