Year after hiring Premier Pools & Spas, couple still waiting for pool to be finished

Premier Pools and Spa's = has been an absolute disappointment. I'm putting together a website with details and examples of shoddy work and will post video's to show what you get when you work with these jokers!

That is terrible. That pool company was a high end pool company. Not now! No excuse for that. I hope they get refund.

the core issue with Premier Pools is their service strategy and organizational design. Premier has NO employees who do the actual installation work. They outsource everything to 3rd party companies and they do NOT manage those companies. I'm in Phoenix and our new pool is a disaster. When you choose a pool company make sure that they are managing their own workforce.
