That would be super! I've looked up "local" ranchers who provide beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and even duck. There's a place around Covington, LA that has ducks and sells duck parts and foie gras. There's another one around Alexandria, LA that sells grass fed beef, and another in Abbeville, LA that has grass fed beef, free range chickens and pork, lamb, chicken eggs. I'll be contacting them all soon.

broken screw and further herniations in cervical vertebrae? thus suspect continued head stand pushups and possibly handstand walking may contribute. Also be a result of barbell on neck, repetitive activity of crossfit to improve efficiency but also has an effect on your body tissues.Its good that your trimming the activity which should improve yout aging gracefully without further joint replacement surgeries.

Not just Beef but poultry and pork and fish as well. And Walmart has over 50 percent of the grocery market Kroger 25 percent Amazon 12 percent that's just food . Three cell companies have 90 percent of that market same for banks and just about everything else. I've watched our free Market system almost disappear over the last 30 years. Only exception is solar panels busting up local utility monopolies.

I trained and taught martial arts for 45 yrs till some bozo cut me off on my motorcycle. My entire life changed in that instant. My martial arts career was ended in that moment. That was in 2012. I work out with light weights almost daily and found a new passion in archery. As I watch this, I am recovering from a total knee replacement that was initiated by that accident. As a life long athlete, I do have a hard time with this process but age and infirmity are not on my side.

Train f'kn hard, you want your body to produce all the right things you have to push it. Eat raw foods, meat fruit and veges. Our teeth show us that we need to eat meat and fruit/vegetables. I had a spinal fusion at 16 which is 32 years ago, the road back was hard I lost 30 kg of muscle in hospital before being released. I've pushed myself ever since, I don't want excuses or to be a victim, just get on with it. Good comment about no mRNA in beef, even more importantly dont put mRNA in your own bodies. Brooke you are a beautiful woman and you have good energy I wish you the best with your treatment/recovery. If you are in NZ stop in for a cuppa
